Since the presidential Direction 03 of August 2006, Colciencias has published the application forms of those who apply for open-ended contract positions, as well as the corporative counseling contracts in its institutional web page. This fact is aimed at contributing with the professionalization of public administration, and for the citizens to present their observations.

Colciencias, thus, participates in the state achievement of promoting transparent processes concerning employability and public control of the administrative actions.
